A relaxing escape by the beach
The hotel had a fantastic location, close to Zicatela beach with beautiful gardens surrounding it. Breakfasts were enjoyable, and the staff was notably helpful. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind!
Despite some highlights, the rooms could use a bit more cleanliness and occasional maintenance. The shower pressure was weak at times, making it a bit inconvenient.

Hotel Arcoiris is a fantastic spot right in the heart of Zicatela! I loved the spacious room with a lovely balcony offering beautiful views. Plus, the pool area was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The breakfast was solid, and the staff, especially the security guy Israel, provided helpful tips for local dining.
The breakfast could be a bit more varied.

secured private parking, gorgeous pool, ocean view
WiFi signal barely scraped by, shower pressure akin to a drizzle!!! Housekeeping needs more attention—rooms felt a bit dirty. Noise from nearby bars disturbed the peace on weekend nights!!!

The Arcoiris was a remarkable place for my work trip. The hotel's location across from Zicatela beach provided a stunning view, complemented by well-maintained gardens. My room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the excellent breakfast options, which enhanced my stay. The staff, particularly attentive, made the experience truly enjoyable.
Some areas need maintenance and deep cleaning.

The breathtaking ocean view from the room's balcony, paired with a comfortable hammock, made for a relaxing stay. The pool's consistent temperature was perfect for cooling off. However, the noise from nearby bars was disruptive, particularly on weekend nights, and the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Additionally, staff communication could be challenging due to the minimal English spoken.

It was just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Puerto Escondido with great value for money. Morning strolls in the gardens were refreshing and made my stay more enjoyable. Avoid the elevators. they aren't available, so be prepared for stairs if needed.
